Security & Data Protection
1. Our approach
At AMlytix, we take the protection of client information seriously.
Our services may involve sensitive business, operational, and AML workflow information. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or damage.
2. How we work with data
When working with client information, we follow these principles:
we collect only the information needed for the specific purpose;
we use secure tools and infrastructure where reasonably possible;
access to client information is limited to authorized persons;
information shared through forms, questionnaires, email, or consultations is treated as confidential;
for specific client projects, a separate confidentiality agreement or NDA may be agreed.
3. Confidentiality
Information provided by clients in connection with inquiries, questionnaires, automation snapshots, AML Automation Roadmaps, assessments, or implementation support is not shared with third parties without a legal basis, client consent, or operational necessity.
Where external experts or technical providers are involved in delivering a service, information is shared only to the extent necessary for the agreed purpose.
4. AML and automation data
AMlytix may review information about AML workflows, tools, processes, automation logic, review steps, escalation rules, and reporting structures.
Unless separately agreed, clients should not submit unnecessary personal data, identity-document copies, sensitive customer files, sanctions/PEP results, suspicious activity reports, or confidential regulatory correspondence through general website forms.
If such information is needed for a specific project, the scope, method of transfer, access rules, and confidentiality requirements should be agreed separately.
5. Continuous improvement
We review and update our security practices based on the tools we use, the scope of our services, client requirements, and relevant legal obligations.
