4. Website content
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.
We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that website content is complete, current, or suitable for every client’s specific situation. Decisions should not be made solely on the basis of general website content.
The original Czech terms state that website content has a general informational and educational character and may not always be complete, current, or suitable for a particular company’s situation.
5. Preliminary automation snapshot
AMlytix may offer a preliminary automation snapshot based on information provided by the user through a questionnaire or form.
The snapshot is indicative and based on the information submitted by the user. It does not constitute a legal, regulatory, AML, technical, or compliance opinion.

The original terms also allow for external experts, including legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or technical advisors, where relevant to the service.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are stated on the website, in an individual offer, or in a separate agreement with the client.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT.
Payment is made by the method specified for the relevant service or in the individual offer. The Provider may require payment in advance, especially for fixed-scope advisory, roadmap, assessment, or implementation services.
The original terms provide that prices are stated on the website, in an offer, or in an individual agreement, and that prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
8. Client obligations
The client is responsible for providing true, complete, and up-to-date information needed to perform the service.
The Provider is not responsible for incorrect outputs, unsuitable recommendations, or incomplete assessments if they result from false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the client.
The client remains responsible for its own business, legal, compliance, operational, technical, and regulatory decisions.

Liability for any damage is governed by applicable law and by the individual agreement concluded with the client.
The original Czech terms state that the Provider does not guarantee yield, cost reduction, regulatory outcome, tax impact, or approval of a specific procedure by a public authority or other third party.
10. Intellectual property
Texts, materials, reports, checklists, methodologies, graphics, roadmaps, and other content created by the Provider are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Unless agreed otherwise, the client may use delivered materials internally for the agreed purpose. The materials may not be copied, distributed, published, modified, or used commercially outside the client’s internal needs without prior written consent from the Provider.
