Security and Data Protection
1. Our Approach
At AMlytix, we take the protection of client information seriously.
Our services may involve sensitive business, operational, and AML workflow information. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or damage.
2. How We Handle Data
When handling client information, we adhere to the following principles:
we collect only information necessary for a specific purpose;
we use secure tools and infrastructure where reasonably feasible;
access to client information is restricted to authorized personnel;
information shared via forms, questionnaires, email, or consultations is treated as confidential;
a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be negotiated for specific client projects.
3. Confidentiality
Information provided by clients in connection with inquiries, questionnaires, automation snapshots, AML Automation Roadmaps, assessments, or implementation support is not shared with third parties without a legal basis, client consent, or operational necessity.
If external experts or technical providers are involved in service delivery, information is shared only to the extent necessary for the agreed-upon purpose.
4. AML and Automation Data
AMlytix may assess information regarding AML workflows, tools, processes, automation logic, review steps, escalation rules, and reporting structures.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients should not send unnecessary personal data, copies of identity documents, sensitive customer files, sanctions/PEP screening results, suspicious activity reports (SARs), or confidential regulatory correspondence via general website forms.
If such information is necessary for a specific project, the scope, method of transfer, access protocols, and confidentiality requirements should be negotiated separately.
5. Continuous Improvement
We regularly review and update our security procedures based on the tools employed, the scope of our services, client requirements, and relevant legal obligations.
