For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ZJC Consult s.r.o. is hereinafter referred to as the Provider.
2. Nature of AMlytix Services
AMlytix provides expert support to regulated and AML-obligated companies seeking to audit, improve, or automate their AML compliance processes.
Services may include, in particular:
AML workflow analysis;
preliminary automation snapshots;
AML Automation Roadmaps
automation implementation support;
review and assessment of existing AML automation;
support regarding human oversight points, audit trails, evidence capture, and automation boundaries;
collaboration with external legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or technical advisors, where appropriate.
The precise scope of any paid service is defined by the relevant order, offer, written confirmation, contract, or individual agreement with the client. The original Czech terms also state that the specific scope of paid services is always defined by an order, confirmation, offer, contract, or individual agreement.
3. What AMlytix services are not
AMlytix services do not constitute:
legal advice;
tax advice;
accounting advice;
investment advice;
outsourced MLRO or compliance officer services;
AML compliance certification
sanctions or PEP screening;
decisions on the reporting of suspicious transactions;
communication with regulators on behalf of the client, unless otherwise agreed separately;
final decision on AML risk;
guarantee of regulatory approval or compliance with regulations.
AMlytix does not replace the client’s compliance team, management, MLRO, legal counsel, or other responsible persons.
4. Website Content
The content of this website is provided exclusively for general informational purposes.
We strive to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date; however, we do not guarantee that the website content is complete, current, or suitable for the specific situation of every client. Decisions should not be made solely on the basis of general website content.

5. Preliminary Automation Snapshot
AMlytix may offer a preliminary automation snapshot based on information provided by the user via a questionnaire or form.
The snapshot is for orientation purposes only and is based on information provided by the user. It does not constitute a legal, regulatory, AML, technical, or compliance opinion.
Its purpose is to identify potential AML workflow areas for further review, including potential automation opportunities and human oversight points.
6. Paid Advisory and Implementation Services
Paid services are provided to the extent individually agreed upon with the client.
Outputs may include, for example:
AML workflow maps
a summary of automation opportunities;
human oversight boundary maps;
automation roadmaps;
implementation recommendations;
internal checklists;
automation audit findings;
practical implementation support.
Should the service require legal, tax, accounting, technical, or other professional input, the Provider may engage external experts. The liability and scope of such input shall be defined in the respective contract.
The original terms also permit the involvement of external experts, including legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or technical advisors, where relevant to the given service.
7. Prices and payment
Prices are stated on the website, in an individual offer, or in a separate agreement with the client.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT.
Payment shall be made in the manner specified for the given service or in the individual offer. The Provider may require payment in advance, particularly for fixed-scope consulting services, roadmaps, assessments, or implementation services.

8. Client responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the execution of the service.
The Provider is not liable for incorrect outputs, inappropriate recommendations, or incomplete assessments resulting from false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the Client.
The Client remains responsible for their own business, legal, compliance, operational, technical, and regulatory decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
AMlytix provides analysis, recommendations, roadmap development support, and implementation assistance; however, the client bears responsibility for final decisions and the functioning of their own AML compliance framework.
The Provider does not guarantee:
a reduction in compliance costs;
the prevention of regulatory findings;
approval by a regulator or public authority;
the absence of AML, sanctions, operational, or technical risk;
the suitability of any automation for all future circumstances;
a legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory outcome.
Liability for any damages shall be governed by applicable legal regulations and the individual contract concluded with the client.
The Provider does not guarantee any yield, reduction in costs, regulatory outcome, tax impact, or approval of a specific procedure by a public authority or any other third party.
10. Intellectual Property
Texts, materials, reports, checklists, methodologies, graphics, roadmaps, and other content created by the Provider are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client may use the delivered materials internally for the agreed purpose. Materials may not be copied, distributed, published, modified, or commercially exploited outside of the client’s internal needs without the prior written consent of the Provider.
11. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by separate Privacy Policy available on the website.

Clients may submit complaints or objections related to the service via e-mail at:
A complaint should describe the relevant service, the issue, and the proposed resolution. The Provider shall endeavor to handle complaints without undue delay.
13. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. For a specific service, the version effective at the time of the order or the conclusion of the relevant contract shall apply, unless otherwise agreed.
If an individual contract, written offer, or specific agreement is concluded with the client, such individual agreement shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
The original Czech terms also stipulate that Czech law applies and that individual contracts or written offers take precedence over general terms.
